I've decided (finally? again?) to step away from cluttered social spaces, namely Facebook. That has been the spot most negatively impacting my mental health. 
I've kept a few (Bluesky is fairly chill, and I poke around there for news, so it's helpful). I've also got my other endeavors that need a more social touch. So, stepping back in other spaces helps me cut back on some burnout. 
I'm also seeking more personal connections with folks. Less generalized interactions. I want people to reach out to me specifically, if they're interested in knowing how I am, what I'm up to. I'm going to strive to do the same, as well. Reach out to folks when I have the resources to do so. Foster stronger connections with the folks that want to be in my life.

In other news...things are going pretty well. I have a very busy summer ahead with some fun activities with my partner. I'd like to make time for other friends as well, so if anyone wants to do something, let me know! My time is fairly booked, but I'll do my best to find space.  
I'm also looking for an apartment to move into, which my partner will be moving into (part time). We've very excited to craft a space of our own. 
Tonight could be a long night..science-y things are looking pretty good for some strong Northern Lights tonight, and I'm not going to miss that opportunity if I can help it!
We caught a glimpse of them last night. Mira was really happy they got to have their first aurora experience with me. 
January through May have been great, and I'm so excited for the rest of the year.
